Facility Manager Specialist is a key role with proven technical capability to manage utility equip./systems in good condition, ensure internal technician well trained with enough skills to perform RM/CM activities with safety manner. Core Responsibilities: 1. Internal reviewer for SOPs 2. SOPs execution audit 3. Data analysis for wastewater quantity and key equipment consumption etc. 4. Technical review from operation side for projects 5. Identify gaps and improvement opportunities. 6. As window to project manager. 7. Suppliers’ management. 8. Construction projects acceptance (Buildings,M&E,New Energy Center etc.); 9. Develop training plan and deliver effective training to internal employees. 10. Develop PM plan for internal technician and external contractors for implementation 11. Monitor the cost, effectiveness of production to optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve quality and manufacturing standards. 12. Perform process conformation to identify deviation procedures when technicians performing PM/RM activities, tracking corrective/improvement actions to be in placed with records; 13. Identify safety risks and mitigate, supervision of high-risk operations; 14. Warehouse management; 15. Other tasks assigned by leader. Do you have what it takes? - Marjory in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or engineering related, - 3 or above years’ experience in equipment or facility management role; - Experience in multi-national companies; - Good communication skills, team player; - ISO internal auditor qualified; - Special quip./HVAC Management license; - Knowledge of lean manufacturing, - Proficient written and oral English - EHS related experience; What’s in it for you?
