This position will be responsible for developing welding gases marketing and its performance against budget. Will work with the sales team to identify the business opportunity and formulate plan to achieve welding gas growth. Will support the sales team in Eastern China to achieve sales budget for welding gases at target profit.
This position will also provide sales supports in term of presentation of product specification, and demonstration in the customer sits, handle the complaint relating to welding gas applications. As the welding demonstrator, this role should ensure the success of welding demonstration that leads to sales of gas.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Using technical approach/welding demonstration to support commercial team to establish sales from existing/new users. 2. Carry out market research with commercial team to identify customer segments for current/new welding gases. 3. Develop sales plan to enhance sales result. 4. Monitor and review regularly plans and recommend strategies to counteract competitor’s activities while meeting sales budget, profit and safety. 5. Capable to use expertise as a tool to enhance sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Minimum in technical secondary school with any welding or fabrication. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in welding application. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Welding related professional certificate holder.
