RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Manage, oversee, document, and control all aspects of global capital project assignments, budget revisions, transfers, disposals, and other capital project tracking and approval reconciliation functions o Interface directly with global resources across all business units o Development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive knowledge across business processes, products, and terminology o Partner with Engineering to understand the nature and terminology of asset types and descriptions o Drive adherence to corporate and local policies and guidelines 61 Manage, oversee, document, and control global fixed asset physical inventory requirements o Maintain global fixed asset register o Manage global fixed asset tagging process and requirements, interfacing directly with business resources o Lead periodic corporate required global fixed asset physical inventory projects and maintain control in-between 61 Prepare global weekly, monthly and quarterly corporate capital reporting requests 61 Assist and support monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual ‘close’ processes as needed relative to capital functions 61 Assist in gathering capital supporting documentation for internal and/or external audit requests, as needed 61 Lead or support capital management and other financial special initiatives as needed
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
61 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or business degree with accounting concentration) 61 2-4 years related experience 61 Microsoft Excel experience at intermediate level with focus on pivot tables, formulas and formatting 61 Experience with accounting system Microsoft AX Dynamics a plus 61 Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment, prioritize assignments, and multi-task 61 Self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and with strong work ethic 61 Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work effectively on a team 61 Strength in reading and writing in English
