RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责

1. FINISHED GOODS QUALITY CHECK 成品质量检查
1.1 Prepare the finished product inspection report, determine the key checkpoints, and carry out sampling or full inspection according to AQL requirements.
编订成品检验检查报告，确定重点检查点，按照AQL要求进行抽样或全检。
1.2 Assist purchasing, project, engineering to participate in the inspection of new samples, summarize and record important product quality requirements and form standards.
协助采购、项目、工程进行新样品的检查工作，汇总、记录产品重要质量要求并形成标准。
1.3 Train and coach suppliers with OUTFROM’s product quality requirements/standards and promote suppliers' self-control ability.
培训、辅导供应商以熟悉奥特方产品质量要求及标准，促进供应商自我管控能力。
1.4 Arrange the inspection plan reasonably according to the production plan and QC inspection requirements to ensure that the inspection work is fully prepared and efficiently completed.
按照生产计划及QC检查需求合理的安排检验计划，确保检验工作准备充分并高效的完成。
1.5 Timely feedback QC inspection problem points and risk points, develop improvement measures and trace supplier implementation results to ensure that quality standards are met and products can be delivered on time.
及时反馈QC检查的问题点及风险点， 制定改善措施并追溯供应商执行结果， 确保符合质量标准及产品能够按时交付。


2 PROJECT QUALITY DEVELOPMENT 项目质量开发
2.1 Cooperate with project team deeply to identify products key control characteristics and risk.
与项目团队深入合作，识别产品关键控制特征和风险。
2.2 Prototype & Trial run tracking to solve related problems and define in-process management requirements.
跟踪样机和试运行，解决相关问题，定义过程管理要求。
2.3 Prototype testing, samples certification and QCP development to ensure products can meet with the requirements of the customer.
样品测试，样品认证和QCP开发，确保产品符合客户要求。
2.4 Finished products QC plan and resources allocation to ensure high quality products ship to customer.
成品QC计划和资源分配，确保高质量的产品交付给客户。

REQUIREMENTS: 要求
1. College degree or above with Science, Technology, Engineering preferred.
大专及以上学历，理工科优先。
2. At least 2 + years relevant work experience in quality engineering, understanding the general concept of products quality management and check.
2年以上质量工程相关工作经验，了解产品质量管理和检查的一般概念。
3. Clear communication skills and ability to read, write English.
清晰的沟通技巧和英语读、写能力。
4. Familiar with fixture materials and production processes (metal, plastic injection molding, MDF & wood, etc.)
熟悉展示材料及其生产工艺（金属、塑料注塑、MDF和木材等）
5. Familiar with 7 quality tools and AQL sampling standards.
熟悉7大质量工具及AQL 抽样标准。
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick-learning ability for other enterprise software
熟练使用Office办公软件，对其他企业软件有较快的学习能力。
