Responsible for plant daily ESH work, Lead daily safety inspection, monthly inspection, monthly safety meeting. Make annual safety drill 、plan contingency plan and implement it.
全面负责工厂日常ESH 工作，主导日常安全巡检， 月度检查，月度安全会议，制定年度安全演练和应急预案计划，并落实
Conduct three-level safety training for employees, make annual safety goals and annual training plans, design and implement required safety training programs and processes.
落实员工三级安全培训，制定年度安全目标和年度培训计划，设计和实施所需的安全培训计划和流程
Follow up internal and external safety inspection findings, lead safety accident investigation, formulate corrective measures, and follow up the implementation.

Lead field special work audit, permit issue, inspection and closure
主导现场特种作业审核，签发 ，巡检和关闭
Supervise daily work of contractors，make sure safety performance of contractors to meet requirement of China safety regulations，Check and audit field construction work, publish Safety Infringement Notice, Safety Correction Requisition and field directive to contractors and follow-up the corrective actions.
监管承包商的日常工作，确保承包商的安全行为符合中国的安全法规，检查和审核现场施工,向承包商发布安全违规通知、安全改善指令并跟进纠正措施
Responsible for safety standardization work, occupational health and environmental management system establishment and operation, maintain all records and documentation in compliance with local government and ISO standards.
负责安全标准化工作，职业卫生和环境管理体系建立，运行，维护所有符合当地政府和ISO标准的记录和文件
Manage the daily operation of environmental protection facilities，Including but not limited to the management of emission system, wastewater treatment facilities, hazardous waste and general waste management

Other duties and tasks as assigned to support the organization.

Qualifications
资格
61 Knowledge of safety, environmental, occupational health, ergonomic and its related standards and regulatory ，be certified as a registered safety engineer
掌握安全，环保，职业卫生，人机工程学专业知识和标准，取得注册安全工程师资格
61 Must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. Fundamental English knowledge，be able to communicate in English
践行有效的沟通，无论是口头还是书面传达清晰，简洁和一致的信息，有基本的英语知识，能用英语进行交流
61 Spend time at the site and seek input from facility and operation teams and head of the site on health and safety program improvement opportunities.

61 Experience interacting with cross functional teams.

61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental management or a related field as well as a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
安全、工业工程、环境管理或相关专业本科以上学历，至少5年相关工作经验
61 Experience implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system and 5S and process improvement in an operational environment.
