61 Establish and maintain the ISO 45001, Safety production license, Safety Production Standardization certification program.
61 Review EHS programs and procedures and update when the rules change.
61 Lead multiple EHS training program for both employees and contractors, enhance EHS culture in site.
61 Conduct the daily hazard identification and inspection improvement to help taking the corrective action.
61 Assist incident investigation, improving the site operating environment.
61 Manage and supervise the usage, storage and disposal of hazardous and regulated chemicals.
61 Supervise the execution of yellow cards, MOCs and work permits condition, correcting the deficiencies in time.
Responsible for emergency response and security management
61 As the site BASF RC Code 7 and Code 9 coordinator, review the site emergency response plan, fire fighting condition and security system as required.
61 Plan and organize the ER drill to practice employee’s skill and safety awareness.
61 Organize and carry out SERT team training to strengthen fire fighting and emergency response capabilities
61 Responsible for the management of the security team and security system, direct and handle all kinds of emergencies.
61 Responsible for the main gate checking, evaluate the checking exceptions with stakeholder to ensure the operation.
Others
61 Coordinate all site EHS license and permits and support the business.
61 Plan and implement the EHS activities, GSD, Safety Month and fire drill.
61 Organize the SE-Committee quarterly meetings and follow up with the action plans
61 Cooperate with external agencies to rectify the company’s EHS and ensure the company’s compliance with EHS laws

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in safety engineering, chemical engineering or other related major.
2. Hold a registered safety engineer certificate (Chemical engineering).
3. Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical or other related industry with more than 3 years working experience in OS, ERP and Security management.
4. Be a good team player and embody strong positive communication and coordination ability, technical innovation ability, teamwork spirit.
5. Good English and office(word/excel/PPT) Software excel as well.
