Responsibility: 1、Oversee C&B implementation including employee payroll, individual tax transaction, confirm sales team commission and follow up the result. 2、Provide professional consulting and analysis to HR team and line manager in job offer, promotion, job transfer and other related topics, as well as local regulation and process. 3、Conduct annual C&B programs, such as salary survey yearly, review promotion, reward and salary adjustment cases, and marketing pricing the current and new jobs, employee recognition activities. 4、Provides professional supports on salary system, such as sales commission, retention plan design; 5、Working together with oversea HR team for central HR control, HC and people cost. 6、Implement and drive HR business process improvement projects
Experience/Education Required: 1、College degree or above. 2、At least 5 years in C&B function. 3、Experience in manufacturing plant will be a plus. 4、Rich knowledge and solutions development experience on a wide range of human resource related function 5、Open-minded, energetic,quick Learner, able to work under pressure, initiative, and good interpersonal skill 6、Fluent in both spoken and written English Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
