Responsibilities 1. Follow the handling procedures as laid down for customers. 2. Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues. 3. Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customers on a timely manner. 4. Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation. 5. Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirements and solve daily operational issues. 6. Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers. 7. Preparation of monthly performance reports to customers. 9. Receive and process special requirements or instructions from the customers and manufacturers. 10. Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements – collections and deliveries and communicate to warehouse supervisor. 11. Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management. 12. Establish the green warehouse, warehouse achieve energy saving and environmental protection. 13. Strict implementation of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
Qualifications 1. Fluent of spoken and written English, Mandarin. 2. Computer literate in Word and Excel. 3. Willing to work overtime when required. 4. Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment. 5. Diploma in Logistics or related disciplines 6. Minimum 2 years related working experience.
