Your Tasks:
1.Lead application projects to mass production in accordance with our internal processes (GDPEP)
2.Define program scope, timing and baseline, project team and SteerCo. Members. Lead the cross-functional project team; Establish the program timing plan based on the program milestones requirement;
3.Report the program status to leaders and update the program report regularly;
4.Escalate the program issues to leaders on time to ensure the program smooth run;
5.Manage project budget and financial KPI's to ensure profitability of the project.

Your Profile:
1.Bachelor degree is a must; Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background is preferable;
2.At least 3+ years PM working experience with full program lifecycle run in Automotive industry, having global program experience;
3.Good English skill at both oral and writing;
4.Logic thoughts, good communication skills and team player, fast learning;
5.Strong communication, personality / resilience, initiative, cultural competence and leadership;
6.Active working attitude to solve the problems and push the program forward with the final goal orientation;
7.PMP certificate is a plus.
