The main missions of the role are:
o Ensure equipment and tooling working smoothly.保证生产设备、工装的正常运行
o Lead the continuous improvement of related process， secure plant process cost
achieve the budget.主导相关工艺的持续改进，确保工厂工艺成本达成预算
o Participate in new program launch，in charge of process capacity analysis and layout
design 参与新项目启动，负责相关工艺的产能分析及生产布局
o In charge of facility investment acceptance 负责工厂设施投资的验收
o Specific tasks assigned by line manager 负责直线经理指派的任务
o Push safety regulation in working.在工作程序范围内实行安全法规责任
o Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia 充分遵守佛

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree or above
Experience :
o Minimum 3 years of job experience in automotive industry.最少 3 年汽车行业相关工作经验
