职位概要 Job mission :
负责对生产过程中的产品进行检验和测试，如检验测量，过程监控，特殊委托测量，清洁度检测，钢板检测等，确保产品符合质量标准和要求。
Responsible for inspection and testing of products in the production process, such as inspection and measurement, process monitoring, special commissioned measurement, cleanliness inspection, steel inspection, etc., to ensure that products meet quality standards and requirements.
工作内容 Job content:
1.按照质量标准和检验规程，对生产过程中的产品进行检验和测试；Inspect and test products in the production process according to quality standard and inspection procedures;
2.记录检验结果，对不合格品进行标识和隔离，并及时向上级报告；Record inspection results, identify and isolate nonconforming products ,and report to QC leader in a timely manner;
3.协助生产部门解决质量问题，提出改进意见，以提高产品质量；Assist the production department in solving quality problems, make improvement suggestions to improve product quality;
4.对检验设备进行维护和保养，确保其正常运行；Maintain and repair inspection equipment to ensure its normal operation.
5.支持实验室其他检测任务；Support other testing tasks of the laboratory;
6.参与质量管理活动，如质量审核，质量改进等；Participate in quality management activities, such as quality audits, quality improvement, etc.
7.持续改善和维护现场5S；Continuously improve and maintain onsite 5S;
8.完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务；complete other tasks assigned by QC leaders.

教育背景 Education background:
◆相关专业，高中以上学历。High school degree or above
培训经历 Training background:
◆GD & T中级培训GD & T middle-class training
◆蔡司三坐标、投影仪操作培训three-coordinates machine, projector measurement operation training in Zeiss Brand
经 验 Experience:
◆3年以上品质检验经验。 3 years quality related job experience.
技能技巧 Skill:
◆了解VDA6.3/IATF TS16949基础知识；Basic knowledge of VDA6.3/IATF TS16949
◆能识别冲压产品的质量缺陷；Can identify the quality defects of stamping products;
◆熟悉计量器具使用；Familiar with the use of measuring instruments;
◆熟悉金属检测优先；Familiar with metal detection is preferred;
◆熟悉坐标测量技术优先；Familiar with coordinate measurement technology is preferred;
◆熟悉清洁度检测流程特性优先；Familiar with cleanliness test process characteristics is preferred
