Overall responsibilities and duties:
o According the production plan, conduct the short term and long term material intake plan结合生产计划，制定短期和长期物料需求计划。
o Ensure the materials for production,control &improvement the inventory level保证生产物料的供应,控制并改进存货水平。
o Manage and prioritize the demand when supplier suply issue happen当供应商供货出现问题时,管理并确定需求的优先顺序。
o Maintain the SAP system and ensure the accuracy of data base in MFG/PRO维护系统，保证系统基本参数的准确性。
The main missions of the role are:
o Check and update ERP relative data, and ensure its accuracy.检查和更新ERP相关数据
o Import material and part of Local Material order. Check order and release to supplier, and confirm about delivery availability.负责的部分国内订单及进口件订单，发放材料计划订单。
o Ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure the replenishment of materials（including the spare part material）.保证物料供应（含备件），并使存货水平在预算内。
o Continully reduce JNI thourh inventory analysis, optimize supply mode ect. .通过分析库存结构,优化供货方式等方式不断降低库存水平。
o Evaluate, educate and manage logistics supplier to optimize supplier MPM. Educate and manage new supplier.评价，培训，管理物流供应商和新的供应商，降低物流供应商MPM。
o Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance.负责追踪到货,并评估和监督供应商的供货表现。
o Check and update ERP relative data, and ensure its accuracy.检查和更新ERP相关数据。
o Monitor cycle counting and react with its results监督循环盘点，及相应的行动计划。
o BOP Alert in shop floor management.现场物料报警管理及处理。
o Other temporary task arranged by Line Manager直属经理交给的其他临时任务
o Monitor localized parts and ECR implementation.监控国产化实施和工程更改实施
o Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations.遵守健康安全环境规定
o Comply fully with the Code of Ethics and Code of Management of Faurecia充分遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》和《管理规范》
o Fully aware and comply with HSE responsibility guidance document充分知晓并遵守HSE职责指导文件。
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree
Experience :
o College degree or above, over 1 years material planning experience in manufacturing environment大学以上学历,1年制造业材料计划工作经验
Skills and competencies：
o Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, SAP is prefer ERP材料计划经验,逻辑思维,SAP使用经验优先
o Good English skills, both oral and written良好的英语口语及书面英语
o Strong office soft ware, specially in excel.熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL
