The main missions of the role are:
o Supplier development 供应商改进
o Handle incoming daily issues & ensure incoming parts and components meet specifications & requirements组织处理日常来料问题，确保外购件符合规范
o Develop Inspection Instructions, Checklist, Procedures and etc to facilitate inspection activitie组织编制检验指导书、检验清单、程序等保证检验的有效进行
o Resolve material quality with supplier & follow-up with corrective action解决外购件质量问题、跟踪行动计划
o Deal with supplier scrap and the associated documentation处理供应商报废及相关文件
o Contribution to production/pre-production trail runs for both serial life and development components.供应商的试生产及生产的现场审核
o Boundary sample evolution and PCR management.极限样件的管理和PCR的管理
o Train inspectors in handling, inspecting and testing of newly approved parts组织培训检验员处理、检验和测量新批准的零件
o Track supplier annual test results跟踪供应商年度试验结果
o Other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.完成由经理安排的其它工作。
o Supplier PPM ，Worst supplier&worst parts供应商百万拒收，最差供应商和最差零件
o Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
