Responsibilities职责：
1.Compile EHS related regulations, organize EHS inspection, identify problems and put forward corrective measure proposal;

2.Follow up implementation of corrective measures, direct continuous improvement; Make accidents contingency plans and carry out;
纠偏措施的落实情况，进行持续改进；制定安全应急预案并实施
3.Lead investigation to find root cause of workplace accidents, put forward solution, clarify responsibility for corrective action and follow up.各类事故的分析调查处理，分析事故原因、提出预防措施及改善方案，落实事故责任，做出妥善处
4.Manage fire protection. Formulate relevant measures, organize fire safety training, inspect regularly to ensure the reliability of fire-fighting facilities;公司的消防安全。制定消防措施、组织消防安全培训，定期检查以确保消防设施的可靠性
5.Push the control of the total volume of pollutant. Assist the relevant government department in supervising and evaluating the effectiveness of environment protection measures and situation of the emissions of pollutants;排污总量控制。协助相关政府部门监督和评估公司各项环保措施的有效性及污染物达标排放情况
6.Monitor the facility in good condition；监督厂务设施处于良好状况。
7.Monitor facility contractors' work to ensure deadlines are met, quality is aligned with company requirement within pre-determined budget.
设施供应商的施工，确保进度和质量满足公司要求，且不超出预算。
8.Maintain good cooperation with local Environmental Protection, Safety and other relevant bureau or agencies.
方环保、安全部门及其它相关单位和机构建立良好合作。

Requirement要求：
1.Bachelor or above degree in environmental engineering/safety engineering or other related disciplines.
工程，安全工程或其它相关学科本科以上学历。
2.5+ years EHS related experience.
EHS领域5年以上经验。
3.Good knowledge of general Chinese EHS procedures and regulations.熟悉EHS相关政策法规。
4.General Power Plant Know-How, good experience in plant facility issues including air-compressor/air-conditioning/lighting system/water drainage system/fire-fighting, etc.
系统相关知识，空压机、空调、照明、排水、消防等方面相关经验。
5.Good problem solving and communication skills.
较强的解决问题及沟通能力。
