Job Description
Warehouse supervisor is responsible warehouse operation management and local transportation , ensuring inventory accuracy and safety , and Stock In and out handling in high efficiency .
Responsibilities:
· Building up new team and working procedure in our new established factory.
· Motivating,organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure warehouse KPI target are met.
· Management on daily operation of physical parts , RM/Finish goods/indirect stock, and organize the warehouse monthly/yearly stocktaking, ensure stock accuracy .
· Arranging transportation in time, based on delivery plan strictly. Manage domestic logistic supplier’s performance.
· Warehouse manning plan based on the forecast and daily operation management to ensure working efficiency.
· Be in charge of warehouse equipment requirement forecast and maintenance plan and execution.
· Warehouse space management by optimizing warehouse layout , physical stock bin /location to support production better .
· Coordinating with Production for dead stock reduction.
· Leading internal/external audit, fulfill the standard process.
· EHS management to Meet target .
Background and skills:
· More than 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 3 years of management experience;
· Bachelor’s degree or above, certain English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
· Familiar with warehouse in-bond and out bond operation , space management and shipment management processes;
· Familiar with SAP system operations;
· A Good team leader and management skills;
· Excellent cross-departmental communication skills and problem solving skills.
