- 日常当班生产管理，有效利用资源生产优质的产品并根据计划按时完成产量
- Routine shift operation management, effectively deploy necessary resources for quality manufacturing as per production planning

- Manage and guide a shift team(s) of operators/technicians to improve quality and increase productivity on the line.

- 保证产线人员人员出勤率达标，确保产线工作环境安全，达成产线人员100%完成岗位培训，操作合规。
- Communicates to line personnel daily while maintaining a constant line presence. Maintains a safe work environment with 100% training and compliance to applicable procedures.
- 合理控制产线成本，包括人员数量及工作效率，降低非计划停机时间，降低产线报废。
- Financial management for assigned manufacturing line(s) by managing line productivity headcount utilization, reducing line downtime and scrap.
- 管理产线人员和流程，确保生产满足全部质量标准。
- Manages personnel and processes to ensure production meets all associated quality standards.
- 激励员工，并推行持续改进的EHS文化，确保满足所有EHS要求包括内部和外部监管的目标和方向。积极参与内部和外部EHS审核和事件调查并完成报告报告，及时制定并实行纠正及预防措施。
- Support a continuously improving EHS culture by engaging with employees in ensuring all EHS requirements are met inclusive of internal and external regulatory objectives and direction. Preparation and active participation in internal and external EHS audits and incident/accident investigation and reporting; coupled with timely implementation of corrective and preventative actions.

- Model and promote the behaviors that ensure delivery of high-quality products for our customers while maintaining compliance with Abbott policies and procedures, meeting all local and statutory requirements. Lead efforts required delivering quality and compliance performance for the shift/ line of accountability. Preparation and active participation in internal and external Quality audits and incident investigation and reporting; coupled with timely implementation of corrective and preventative action.

- Promote and drive continuous improvement programs utilizing common problem-solving tools and methodologies in processes and procedures within the shift/ operating line/ department for root cause analysis and resolution of issues. Actively plan and organize the day-to-day manufacturing operations and schedules.
- 推进生产和支持部门之间的合作以提升产线OEE，协助直线经理制定并推进提升产线质量，效率的计划，理解所有关键绩效指标,提升团队执行力和敬业度。
- Anticipate and drive proper alignment and prioritization between production and support teams. Drive OEE performance, understand the drivers, and develop and execute plans around improvement of line performance and quality metrics with support from the direct manager. Understand all key performance indicators, driving and executing plans for improvement through team engagement.

- Model and promote organizational values by providing effective leadership, direction, development and support to the team. Provide timely coaching, counseling and feedback. Execution of on time performance reviews for direct reports. Establish a communications framework that assures timely and relevant transfer of information to and from all levels and functional areas of the organization.
