Tasks and Responsibilities: 1) Support in written translation of documents and oral interpretation of conversations during meetings and negotiations with Chinese parties from Chinese to English and vice versa; 2) Plan and manage complex travel arrangements and itineraries; Support the organization, coordination and implementation of conferences and workshops inside and outside of China; 3) Support preparation and filing of documents and required materials such as presentations and business plans; 4) Maintain org-chart, contacts and distribution lists; 5) Support reception work during meetings, conferences, exhibitions; receiving guests; 6) Coordinate superior’s calendar, appointments, travels, and meeting minutes; 7) Prepare documents relevant to business travel, incl. visa, letter of invitation, etc. hotel and flight booking as required; prepare and monitor expense claims and travel and other cost reimbursements: 8) Provide support for department members and liaise with other departments when required; 9) Search internet and media for business related topics, prepare regular reports 10) Review and compare legal documents 11) Manage office supply, meal, greening and cleaning service. 12) Maintain and improve company facility 13) Maintain contract archive and record list 14) Conduct government affairs, follow up and apply for applicable projects 15) KPI tracking - business, template, collecting & uploading 16) Maintain asset ledgers, and distribute to asset keeper for labeling 17) Prepare R&D resource tracking reports 18) Ad-hoc project work (including on-site) depending on the needs; Requirements: 1) Bachelor degree or above; 2) Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or comparable professional experience; 3) Technical terms of the products; 4) At least 5-year working experience in German or other European companies; 5) Knowledge about customs and foreign trade terms; 6) Be familiar with mechanical engineering, preferably gear machine; 7) Be familiar with marketing of technical products in China; 8) Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable; 9) Communication and negotiation skills; 10) Proficient computer skills;
