职位概要job summary:
负责有关项目开发阶段和批量生产阶段产品质量保证和控制，负责有关质量数据分析和问题解决，实现持续改进。Responsible for quality assurance and quality control in development stage and mass production for designed project, and responsible for quality data analysis and problem solving to realize continuous improvement.
工作内容work content:
1. 量产项目质量控制、分析和改进。Mass project quality control, analysis and improvement.
2. 产品质量问题的解决, 提升产品合格率的。Handling of product quality problems. Improve the FPY.
3. 产品质量数据分析与改进，优化质量控制方法，对检验员及生产人员进行必要的培训, 实现持续改进。Product quality data analysis and improvement, Optimize process control method and training to inspectors and operators to achieve continuous improvement.
4. 过程能力的统计及预防措施的组织管理。Statistics of process capability and organization management of precautionary measures.
5. 客户投诉的处理与改进。Handling and improvement of customer complaints.
6. 不合格品流程的监控管理。Monitoring and management of non-conformance products
7. 新项目质量策划及PPAP。New project quality planning and PPAP.
8. 控制计划的更新与监督执行。Updating, supervision and execution of control plan
9. 主导产品审核及过程审核工作，参与内部分层审核。Lead product audit and process audit，participate LPA.
10. 其他上级领导安排的工作事项。Other jobs assigned by the superior.
任职资格Qualification:
教育背景education background:
◆ 专科以上学历。College degree or above
培训经历Training experience:
◆IATF 16949、8D工具、TS五大工具、QC七大手法、VDA6.3，VDA6.5
IATF 16949 Quality management system, 8D tool, TS 5 tools, QC 7 techniques，VDA6.3，VDA6.5

经 验Experience:
◆3年以上汽车行业质量工作经验；有汽车行业一级供应商经验1年以上。
At least3 years quality working experience in automotive industry; At least 1 years experience as a ***-class supplier in automotive industry.
技能技巧ability and skills:
◆ 质量5大工具的使用Use of five tool of quality
8D，PDCA等问题分析能力；Problem analytical ability of 8D, PDCA.
◆精益生产的基本知识Basic knowledge of lean production
◆熟悉本岗位相关的环保知识。Familiar with relevant environmental knowledge of the position
◆英语作为工作语言Take English as working language
