Responsibilities: 1.Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Development oGain a comprehensive understanding of C&I energy storage products (batteries, PCS, EMS, BMS, etc.) and their applications in European markets. Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored energy storage solutions. oOffer basic technical consulting based on customers’ business models and pain points, helping them understand the value and economic benefits of energy storage systems rather than engaging in traditional product sales. 2.Market Expansion & Customer Management oDevelop and expand C&I energy storage business in domestic and international markets, identifying and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers. oConduct market research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and policy environment to define target markets and sales strategies. 3.Pre-Sales Technical Support & Communication oTogether with Solution engineer, serve as a bridge between customers and the company's technical team, facilitating in-depth communication regarding customer needs and providing technical solutions for energy storage systems. oOrganize product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer training sessions to enhance product awareness and build trust. 4.Project Implementation & Execution oParticipate in the early-stage planning, technical evaluation, and business negotiations of energy storage projects to ensure feasibility and market competitiveness. oCoordinate with customers, partners, and internal R&D, product, and engineering teams to drive efficient project execution. 5.Industry Trend Feedback oMonitor the development of the European C&I energy storage market, researching the latest technologies and application trends to provide strategic insights and product optimization feedback to the company.
Requirements: 1.Educational Background oBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Storage, Automation, Renewable Energy, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields. 2.Work Experience oAt least 2 years of experience in overseas energy storage sales, preferably in technical sales, solution consulting, or technical support for C&I energy storage products. oCandidates with overseas market experience and established industry channels are preferred. Ability to adapt to cross-cultural communication and market development is a plus. 3.Skills & Competencies oStrong customer communication and demand analysis skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the technical and economic value of energy storage systems. oLogical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal R&D and engineering teams to drive solutions. oFluent in English (working proficiency), with additional language skills being an advantage. 4.Other Requirements oWillingness to travel or be based overseas, with strong adaptability and self-motivation. oA team player with excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.
