Purpose of Job: Manage all equipment & facility and implement related repair and maintenance
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Monitor & troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems ● Provide line support for the assembly cell and is the next level of escalation after the cell expert for manufacturing issues related to safety and process quality ● Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeter, Megger, and other test equipment under the instruction of the Maintenance Technician II. ● Analyze test results, machine, error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. ● Repair and Maintain press machine, test stand and washing machine
Requirements:
1. associate degree preferred 2. 2 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical or electronic systems a plus but not required 3. Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone) 4. Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques. Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics
