Procurement implementation and process management. - Responsible for the execution of procurement plans for chemical raw materials, equipment (such as mechanical parts, pipe fittings, instruments, etc.), construction or services, including assisting or leading inquiry, price comparison, contract or order signing, delivery tracking exception handling, payment application, etc. - Led the procurement execution of ERP system, including order creation, delivery and receiving coordination, payment, etc. - Familiar with procurement process and invitation to bid process in petrochemical industry. - Monitor supplier delivery, coordinate material acceptance, return, and quality dispute resolution to ensure supply chain stability.
2. Supplier development and management. - Investigate the market dynamics of the chemical industry, develop quality supplier resources, and regularly evaluate supplier qualifications, production capacity and service capabilities. - Assist suppliers to negotiate and optimize procurement agreement terms (such as payment cycle, warranty conditions) to reduce cooperation risks. - Maintain supplier relationship, promote supplier technology improvement and strategic cooperation, improve delivery quality and efficiency.
3. Cost control and data analysis - Analyze the price trend of chemical raw materials, formulate purchasing strategies to cope with market fluctuations, and achieve the annual cost reduction target. - Use ERP system to manage purchasing data (or other management tools) and regularly output purchasing or cost analysis reports to support management decisions.
4. Complete other work assigned by the leader.
4. Collaborate across departments. - Coordinate technical, production, maintenance, finance and other departments to participate in procurement selection, technical review and contract or order terms negotiation to ensure that the purchased materials meet the process and process requirements. - Assist or support in handling matters related to Finnish factory, sales department and R&D laboratory.
Job Requirements: 1. educational background - Bachelor degree or above, major in process equipment and control, chemical engineering and process, mechanical engineering, supply chain management or related is preferred.
2. Experience and skills - More than 3 years purchasing experience in chemical/petrochemical industry, familiar with technical parameters and quality standards of chemical equipment and chemical raw materials. Familiar with the procurement process and logistics requirements of hazardous chemicals. - Good command of English, including reading, writing and communication. - Proficient in Office software and ERP system, with data analysis and report writing ability. - Familiar with ISO quality management system.
