Ability to speak, understand, and write English at an intermediate level. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn and use ERP systems. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels. Experience in the textile or spinning and weaving industry is required, with preference given to candidates with an academic background in textiles or relevant work experience in the field.
