General Description 1. Project Lead for Key Customer in China. Work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables for the Project and Business are met.
Specific Accountabilities 1. Own all continuous improvement projects for the Key Customer. 2. Own all real estate strategy for the Key Customer. 3. Be operationally effective in creating improvement projects for Key Customer acceptance. 4. Be commercially proficient when proposing improvement projects and real estate strategy. 5. Formulate a detailed project plan for the Key Customer. 6. Closely monitor/track the project timeline and overall budget is within target. 7. Work closely with Key Customer to communicate the requirements to internal stakeholders and gain buy-off. 8. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that Key Customer expectations are met OR exceeded. 9. Oversee all project related decisions. To escalate to Head of Operations where needed. 10. Serve as internal key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, progress, scheduling and commercials etc.

Experience and Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. MS office to advanced level, especially MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel 3. Minimum 5 years of Operational experience in logistics operations 4. Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in logistics operations 5. Minimum 3 years of Commercial OR Account management experience
