This is a product development position in China R&D, base on Jiaxing plant, conduct the product
development and optimazation for pediatric and audult nutrition products, drive the innovation and develop
the rapid prototyping of new products step by step. Provide technical support and feedback for cross
functions to ensure the smooth NPD process and secure key product launches in China MKT.

o Commitment to the product development work for China nutrition market, based on the consumer
nutritional, sensory and application insights, balance the product cost to make new product development
and/or to upgrade the existing product formulations.
o Perform feasibility and optimization studies through bench top or scale up runs, update product
development status/issues and interface with regional and global ANRD Teams.
o Ensure accomplishment of development success criteria by execution of project work through use of
accepted documentation and work process.
o Through continuous research and development on formulation and process, testing methods or raw
materials verification and other approaches, to improve the production efficiency of existing products,
improve product physical characteristics, and enhance margin and profits.
o Support manufacture of clinical, sensory and commercial products within and outside China.
o Conduct product stability studies to provide shelf-life evaluations on finish product.
o Provide scientific or technical suggestions or recommendations to support for business decision.
o Provide technical documentation for new product *** Lot to Stock and registration.
o Collaborate with manufacturing sites for pre- and post-production activities.

Master or above, in a related scientific or engineering field with preference on food
science, nutrition, biotechnology or chemistry education.
