岗位职责:
1. Establish specific on electronic material producing equipment for new project.
2. Update local market contacts in the mechanical and piping discipline and support procurement to evaluate and update vendor list.
3. Support the Project/Engineering Manager with regard to Mechanical Equipment and Piping engineering issues.
4. Support and coordinate with other disciplines regarding Mechanical Equipment and Piping issues.
5. Coordinate, monitor & control all mechanical equipment and piping engineering activities towards contractors working at the individual project.
6. Represent owner in the project management towards contractors, vendors, construction companies, etc.
7. Prepare Cost Estimate, basic mechanical data documents etc. in frontend project work.
8. Prepare procurement specification and evaluate Technical Bids from Supplier
9. Check of Vendor Drawings, perform vendor shop and site audits.
10. Provide technical supports for maintenance issue in plants and troubleshooting as local technology expertise, Implementation of improvement measures
11. Application and implement of ISO-Standards and BASF EHS regulation, responsibility.
12. Execute EHS related regulations and activities in project and Main. to achieve zero HSI and hsPSI. If any emergency occurs, provide Engineering and Main. support following site Emergency response plan and incident commander's instruction. Make risk assessment and approve work permit according to PTW approve matrix.
