职责:
1. 全球交通领导力：
监督和管理所有全球运输活动，包括卡车运输，海运运费等运输方式。与承运人和物流部门谈判和管理运输合同供应商确保最优惠的费率和条款。
监督和控制运输成本，确保与预算保持一致约束条件和公司目标。
o确保所有运输活动符合相关法律法规公司政策。
o执行安全规程，将风险降到最低，确保安全货物运输。
o定期检讨及分析运输过程，以识别需要改进的地方，并实施必要的改变。
2. 海外工厂海关管理
o监督我们在越南和墨西哥工厂的海关运作；确保进出口流程的顺利和合规。
o办理原产地证书的申请、管理和核验工作（原产地证书），确保从越南出口的货物符合有关规章制度。
管理公司墨西哥IMMEX认证的申请和更新墨西哥工厂，这让工厂享受税收优惠等的好处。
o确保遵守两国的海关规定，例如准备和提交商业发票，装箱单等
需要提交的文件。保持对越南海关政策和法规的最新了解并就任何更改或更新向团队提供指导。
o与报关行及其他服务供应商紧密合作，以促进货物顺利通过两国海关。
经验/教育要求
教育:
物流、供应链管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
经验:
至少5年运输管理和海关工作经验业务，***是在国际环境。
对国际物流，海关法规有较强的了解越南和墨西哥的文件要求。

1. Global Transportation Leadership:
o Oversee and manage all global transportation activities, including trucking, ocean
freight, and other shipping modes.
o Negotiate and manage transportation contracts with carriers and logistics
providers to secure the best rates and terms.
o Monitor and control transportation costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary
constraints and company objectives.
o Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and
company policies.
o Implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure the secure
transportation of goods.
o Conduct regular reviews and analyses of transportation processes to identify
areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
2. Oversea Factory Customs Management
o Oversee the customs operations for our factories in Vietnam and Mexico,
ensuring smooth and compliant import and export processes.
o Handle the application, management, and verification of the Certificate of Origin
(CO) for goods exported from Vietnam, ensuring compliance with the relevant
rules and regulations.
o Manage the application and renewal of Mexico's IMMEX certification for our
Mexico factory, which allows the factory to enjoy tax incentives and other
benefits.
o Ensure compliance with customs regulations in both countries, such as the
preparation and submission of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other
required documents.
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs policies and regulations in Vietnam
and Mexico, and provide guidance to the team on any changes or updates.
o Work closely with customs brokers and other service providers to facilitate the
smooth clearance of goods through customs in both countries.
Experience/Education Required
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management and customs
operations, preferably in an international setting.
o Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs regulations, and
documentation requirements in both Vietnam and Mexico.
Personality Required
o Self-motivated person with good interpersonal and supervisory skills
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Takes own initiative by seeking proactive solutions to problems
o Ability to think independently, solve problems, recommend solutions, propose
new procedures
