Requirements:
85 Min 5years working experience .
85 Knowledge for APQP, DFMEA,PFMEA, Control plan and PPAP process . Knowledge for overall packaging process(power module and packaging experience is plus point)
85 Good English communication and reporting skill(mandatory option)
85 good mind set and communication skill for customer delight / communication with other department
