Job Responsibilities



1.Work closely with R&D, engineering, and sales and marketing to develop products testing methods.
2.Perform products testing on units in cooperation with R&D, engineering, and sales and marketing projects, also according to international standardized testing requirements
3.Analyzes, diagnoses, and modifies systems to support extensive sales and R&D programs
4.Responsible for the specification, design, development, and deployment of the test equipment, test fixturing, and test software
5.Plan and maintain schedules and documentation for product test
6.Maintains effective communication with project team to assure performance of duties
7.Collaborate with cross functional teams within product development, manufacturing engineering and procurement groups to ensure manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability
8.Participate in new technology research and development projects as requested
9. Participate in localization projects,as core team member to contribute to China and Global sourcing strategy
10.Support Haiyan quality team,and China Application&FSE team to improve compressor quality internally and on custmer side
11.Performs other reasonable / related duties as assigned or requested
12.Support certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UL and CE and ensure environmental and safety guidelines are applied accordingly





Background & Skills



1.Bachelor of Science Engineering with knowledge within refrigeration and thermodynamics, Master of Science Engineering is preferred
2.Basic engineering principles, Typical HVAC knowledge&experience.
3.5 years HVAC&R related engineering, application or service experience
4.Knowledge / experience of testing processes and methodologies
5.Knowledge about measurement techniques, metrology, data acquisition, and National Instruments LabVIEW
6.Experience working with remote development teams, both domestically and internationally
7.Problem assessment and problem solving skills
8.Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
9.Ability to travel
