Job Description
1、Ensure operation and maintenance of building, utility, fire and security system, electricity, water, gas, HVAC, compressed air, and special gas ,etc;
2、Energy management and control, Drive ESG activities in daily oeprations；
3、Have BMS system operation and programming skills. Drive the digtal facility operations to improve the efficiency；
4、Drive and improve ONE FM- Hard service excellent with hard service team；
5、Train and normalize contractor employee’s behavior;
6、Optimize M&R solution and improve M&R cost efficiency；
7、Drive and manage facility incident management process;Be responsible for facility operation related EHS results,incl. No fire safety, work injury, Env. incident, etc.；
8、Be responsible for Facility review ,completion check and handover of facility Change project；
9、Supervise implementation of facility management systems, include BMS, F-One, Planon, Omega, etc.
10、Initiate and manage facility related improvement projects;
11、Ensure right standards and SOP of facility operation management are ready and implemented.

Background and skills
1、Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, electromechanical engineering, computer science, or related fields;
2、Over 5 years of experience in industrial facilities operation and maintenance management;
3、Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong comprehensive task management abilities;
4、Outstanding emergency handling skills and the ability to work independently;
5、Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Power BI), CAD (able to independently modify pipeline drawings);
6、Familiar with BMS (Honeywell EBI, Siemens Desigo) and possess practical project experience;
7、Familiar with Industry 4.0 technology framework, with capabilities in IoT (Modbus, BACnet protocols) and data analysis;
8、Experience in team coordination (internal teams and contractors), able to establish SOPs and promote standardization in facility management
