工作内容 Job content:
1. 按照图纸和操作标准书进行检测；
Process testing according to the drawings and operating standards;
2. 熟练使用三坐标，投影测量仪，卡尺，千分尺等手动量具，以及其他的一些特殊设备；
Proficient in using manual measuring tools such as three-dimensional coordinates, projection measuring instrument, calipers, micrometers and other special equipment;
3. 清洁度测量； Cleanliness measurement;
4. 其他检测任务； Other testing tasks;
5. 项目质量前期规划；Support the preliminary planning of project quality;
6. 现场持续AUDIT，现场改善；On-site continuous AUDIT and on-site improvement;
7. 持续改善和维护5S；Continuously improve and maintain 5S;
8. 负责编制测试技术相关文件，测量测试编程Prepare formulating test technical documents, measurement &test programming
9. 现场不合格隔离库的管理： Isolation area monitor.
10. 负责完成上级领导安排的各项事务Finish all matters assigned by the superior

任职资格 Qualification:
教育背景 Education background:
◆ 中专或高中以上学历。Technical secondary school or above.
◆ 机械背景。Mechanical engineering background
培训经历 Training background:
◆受过计量器具使用，金属检测相关培训，清洁度相关培训，三坐标测量技术相关培训。I have received training in the use of measuring instruments, metal detection, cleanliness and Three-coordinate measurement technology
◆投影仪操作培训 Projector operation training
◆GD & T相关培训GD & T training
经 验 Experience:
◆3年以上品质检验经验。 3 Years quality related job
技能技巧 Skill:
◆熟悉进料检测流程和数据统计； Know well with incoming inspection;
◆熟悉计量器具使用； Know well with measuring gauge;
◆熟悉金属检测优先；Know well with metal test;
◆熟悉坐标测量技术优先；Know well with CMM technology
◆熟悉清洁度检测流程特性优先；Know well with cleanliness test;
◆有三坐标(蔡司优先考虑)、精密投影仪编程能力的优先考虑; Be familiar with CMM (prefer Zeiss) programming. With OGP program ability will be better
