Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
1.Know-how transfer of technology from lead plant to subsidiary plant
2.Technical support for series production in terms of optimization of existing process
3.Support cost estimation procedure
4.Customer technical support
5.Coordination of customer projects: new parts / changes upon customer request and optimization measures
1) Responsible for reaching pre-defined project targets
2) Fulfill required quality requirement according to norm
3) Define, plan, monitor, control and finalize customer programmes and sub-projects according to HPM
4) Lead project teams
5) Coordination, representation and communication with customers
6) Coordination and communication with other plants, departments and suppliers
7) Organize and lead regular project status meetings
8) Issue report to steering committee
9) Analyse project risks, plan and implement counter-measures
10) Concept study for new parts
11) Optimization of processes
12) Application according to QS9000 / VDA
13) Cost responsibility under signature regulation

Requirements：
1. Bachelor / Master of science / engineering or above, education in oversea technical school / university is preferred
2. More than 5-year working experience in metal processing or automotive industry
3. Project management experience in automotive industry is preferred
4. Fluent English in writing and speaking
5. German, Japanese and Korean language skill is preferred
6. Familiar with MS-Office and SAP software
