工作内容:

1. 项目阶段及量产阶段模具维修的人员安排落实及指导跟进；
* Arrange and follow up mold maintenance personnel in project stage and mass production stage;
2. 协助上级针对重大模具故障的分析及对策提出；
* Assist superiors to analyze and propose countermeasures for major mold failures;
3. 模具备品备件的管理及采购报备；
* Mold spare parts management and procurement report;
4. 新老模具管理和保养计划；
* New and old mold management and maintenance plan;
5. 推行模具的预防性维护和保养，确保模具的生产过程中可靠性；
* Implement preventive maintenance and maintenance of the mold to ensure the reliability of the mold production process;
6. 模具相关数据统计、分析及报表；
* Mold related data statistics, analysis and reports;
7. 模具人员的培训与培养；
* Mold personnel training and training;
8. 参与与模具相关的持续改善工作；
* Participate in continuous improvement work related to tooling;
9. 生产异常数据分析，产品尺寸分析；
* Abnormal production data analysis, product size analysis;

10.熟练使用CAD；
* Proficient in CAD;
11. 模具相关标准文件编制。
* Preparation of mold related standard documents.
12. 完成上级交待的其它任务、配合其它部门的工作。
* Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and cooperate with other departments.

◆接受过安全、5S、环境知识方面的培训
Received training in safety, 5S, and environmental knowledge.

经 验:

◆同类型工作经验5年以上。

◆具有较强的沟通协调能力，能够较快地掌握电机模具的特能特性；
