Responsibility：
1. To follow the brazing process steps, during the vacuum brazing thermal cycle. Defining the best parameters according to the products to be brazed.
2. Responsible for the brazing parameters set up, like the optimization of the brazing temperature, the uniformity of the vacuum furnace temperature, the magnesium powder usage.
3. Responsible for the brazing recipes. Thus manage the recipes’ file, recipe change and manage the recipe calculation file (brazing start, brazing time, heat absorption).
4. Manage, coordinate the brazing shift leaders, in order to be in the position to monitor scrap by furnace zone, make statistics and improving the uniformity of the furnace.
5. This position is accountable for the brazing fixtures development & components development (domes, base plate). The continuous improvement in this area is lead by this position.
6. Responsible to set up a standard work on the vacuum furnace area, with the aim to reach a stable vacuum furnaces production process.
7. Bring & implement new technology to improve current UFI brazing process with higher quality or better effiency & productivity
8. Standardized UFI brazing process procedure design specificaiton & coach other dept.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. University degree or above for relevant area.
2. At least 5~7 years heat exchanger industrial working experience is better. 3 year or more brazing process setup experience is better.
