【工作内容】
- 分析现有生产工艺，改善方案，解决生产过程中遇到的技术问题。
- 分析项目需求和生产工艺，制定技术解决方案，以满足业务目标。
- 负责项目的整体规划、执行与监控，确保项目按时按质完成。
- 推进新项目的落成，制定项目计划，包括时间表、成本、预算、风险管理等，并定期进行项目进度报告。
- 负责新产品的工艺流程设计与改进、验证，以提高生产效率和产品质量。
- 对接国外总部和海外客户，与研发、销售、生产等部门紧密合作，提供技术支持，优化制造流程。
- 对操作人员进行必要的培训，确保其能够按照正确的工艺流程执行任务。

【任职要求】
- 具有机械工程、材料科学、电力应用或相关领域的学士学位；硕士及以上学历优先考虑。
- 熟悉各种制造工艺，包括但不限于注塑成型、机加工等。
- 具备良好的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够独立完成工艺改进项目。
- 出色的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门协作解决问题。
- 能够熟练使用CAD软件及其他工艺设计工具。
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
- 3年以上的项目管理和工艺管理经验者优先，汽车零部件行业***。

Responsibility:
-Analyze existing production processes, improve solutions, and solve technical problems encountered during the production process.
-Analyze project requirements and production processes, develop technical solutions to meet business goals.
-Responsible for overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
-Promote the completion of new projects, develop project plans, including timelines, costs, budgets, risk management, etc., and regularly conduct project progress reports.
-Responsible for the process design, improvement, and validation of new products to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
-Coordinate with overseas headquarters and customers, work closely with departments such as research and development, sales, and production, provide technical support, and optimize manufacturing processes.
-Provide training to operators to ensure they can perform tasks according to the correct process flow.

Requirements：
-Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical applications, or related fields; Master's degree or above is preferred.
-Familiar with various manufacturing processes, including but not limited to injection molding, machining, etc.
-Having good problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, able to independently complete process improvement projects.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments to solve problems.
-Proficient in using CAD software and other process design tools.
-Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
-More than 3 years of project management and process management experience is preferred, with the best in the automotive parts industry.
