Responsibility: -Analyze existing production processes, improve solutions, and solve technical problems encountered during the production process. -Analyze project requirements and production processes, develop technical solutions to meet business goals. -Responsible for overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project to ensure timely and high-quality completion. -Promote the completion of new projects, develop project plans, including timelines, costs, budgets, risk management, etc., and regularly conduct project progress reports. -Responsible for the process design, improvement, and validation of new products to enhance production efficiency and product quality. -Coordinate with overseas headquarters and customers, work closely with departments such as research and development, sales, and production, provide technical support, and optimize manufacturing processes. -Provide training to operators to ensure they can perform tasks according to the correct process flow.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, electrical applications, or related fields; Master's degree or above is preferred. -Familiar with various manufacturing processes, including but not limited to injection molding, machining, etc. -Having good problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, able to independently complete process improvement projects. -Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate across departments to solve problems. -Proficient in using CAD software and other process design tools. -Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. -More than 3 years of project management and process management experience is preferred, with the best in the automotive parts industry.
