【工作内容】
- 负责公司产品的设计、开发与维护，确保产品性能稳定、功能完善；
- 根据项目计划和业务需求，进行系统分析和设计、升级优化；
- 与跨部门团队合作，推进各阶段的工作，确保项目按时交付，并满足客户需求；
-与海外客户保持密切联系，提供解决方案；
- 编写技术文档，参与专利申请和技术交流活动。
【任职要求】
- 具备电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历；具备相关证书；
- 熟练掌握电气系统的设计原理及方法，3年以上相关工作经验者优先考虑；
- 英语听说读写流利，能独立对接海外客户，撰写技术报告；
- 良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
-有生产现场工作经验和独立完成从设计到量产项目经验者优先，熟悉塑料等原材料和工艺者***;
- 具备较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对新技术保持高度敏感和兴趣。

Responsibility:

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of company products to ensure stable performance and complete functionality.
- Conduct system analysis and design according to project plans and business requirements, and optimize existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to advance work at various stages, ensuring timely project delivery and meeting customer needs.
- Maintain close communication with overseas clients, providing solutions and participating in international market technical exchanges.
- Write detailed technical documentation, participate in patent applications and technical exchange activities, and enhance the company's technological competitiveness.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with proficient knowledge of electrical system design principles and methods.
- Fluent English proficiency for independent communication with overseas clients and writing high-quality technical reports.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to adapt to fast-paced working environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in new technologies.
