The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from award to handover to the serial phase, ensuring the defined time, cost, and quality requirements are met. This position demands strong coordination across multiple departments, effective use of project management tools, and regular communication with top management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. 项目部署：管理新客户和搬迁项目的项目部署，确保所有时间、预算和质量标准得到满足。61 Project Deployment: Manage the deployment of projects for new customers and relocation projects, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
2. 团队协调：定义项目团队，设定时间表，并确保资源可用性。与相关部门协调，确保顺利执行。61 Team Coordination: Define project teams, set timelines, and ensure resource availability. Coordinate with sister departments for smooth execution.
3. 进度监控：使用项目管理工具跟踪和报告进度，根据需要将任何问题上报给***管理层。61 Progress Monitoring: Use project management tools to track and report progress, escalate any issues to top management as needed.
4. 并行项目管理：同时管理多个项目，同时处理国内外客户。61 Parallel Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, handling both overseas and domestic customers.
5. 项目移交：确保项目在完成6M规则后移交到系列阶段。61 Project Handover: Ensure projects are handed over to the serial phase once the 6M rules are fulfilled.
6. 客户互动：根据需要参与客户拜访，确保项目一致性和满意度。61 Customer Interaction: Participate in customer visits, as required, to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
任职资格:
Qualification
1.至少5年工业领域项目管理经验，重工业行业优先。61 Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management within the industrial field, preferably in heavy industry. 2. 能够看懂产品图纸，理解技术可行性研究。61 Ability to read product drawings and understand technical feasibility studies.
3.精通用CAD应用。61 Proficient in user-level CAD applications.
4. 熟练使用项目管理软件。61 Proficient in user-level project management software.
5. 行业知识：有电机核心行业（如冲压、高压压铸、焊接）经验者优先。61 Industry Knowledge: Experience in the electric motor core industry (e.g., stamping, high-pressure die casting, welding) is preferred.
6. 团队管理：有管理项目团队的经验优先。61 Team Management: Experience in managing project teams is an advantage
