DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION 职责和工作描述 83 Identify and reach out to key prospects via various means (relationships, references, cold calling) to generate sales leads. 83 Generate Sales/Market reports based on facts and present to management team. 83 Meet the sales & new market development target set within the given deadline. 83 Build up better relationship with customers, understand their needs, and improve their satisfaction without compromising with the company profits. 83 Maintain long term customer relationships. 83 Represent the company’s business policies in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more and more clients. 83 Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations. 83 Travel across country if required to attend various seminars, and events. 83 Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company. 83 Sales team management, define performance goal for team member, and monitor the progress, give guidance and amendments when it’s needed, lead the team to reach company target. 83 Continuously motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals. 83 Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the leadership in China Market 83 Create company revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.
