Responsibilities / 岗位职责：
1. Support for internal process audits.
协助进行内部过程审核.
2. Support for all kinds of external audit (Customer & IATF16949 audit etc.)
协助各类外部审核
3. Support for ISO 45001，ISO14001，ISO 50001 management system implementation and audit.
协助ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系，ISO14001环境管理体系，ISO50001能源管理体系的实施和审核.
4. Quality documents create and update
质量文件的制作及更新完善
5. Work floor quality issue and defective parts handling
现场质量问题处理及其不良品处理
6. Handling and improving testing device problems.
成品检测设备问题的处理和改善。
7. Workfloor continuous improvement ( Testing Device and Safety issue etc.)
现场持续改善。（例如检测设备和安全方面的问题）
8. Other tasks assigned by superior.
其他上级交给的任务。
9. Workfloor quality requirement training.（New employee onboarding and periodic training）
现场质量要求的培训（如新员工入职培训和员工周期性培训）

Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree 本科学历
2. Major in mechanical engineering 机械专业
3. Fluent in English reading and writing and basic skill in English speaking
流利的英语读写及基本的英文口语交流。
4. More than 5-year work experience in manufacturing plant, especially in automotive field
5年以上制造业现场质量管理经验，汽车零部件行业尤佳。
5. ISO9001 & IATF16949 knowledge and experience
ISO9001 & IATF16949 相关知识
6. Some experience in quality management, such as SPC, FMEA, 8D etc.
具有质量管理相关技能尤佳，例如：SPC，FMEA，8D等
