Main Task:

1. Execute actuation product development from request, idea creation, detailed design up to the start of the series production according PDP (product development procedure)
2. Act as contact to Customer Engineering Cooperate and align with global product development sector leader
3. Create product FRS (Functional requirement Specification)
4. Product concept design & selection
5. Product detailed design, design review and verification
6. Participate or lead product certification
7. Follow project timing, budget and product cost
8. Consult suppliers, customers, sales and sister manufacturing units
9. Work across borders with manufacturing and sales teams worldwide
10. Develop solutions that are commercially competitive already from start

Job requirements:

1. Engineering Degree on mechanical
2. Agile Product development techniques, e.g. SCRUM
3. Fluid English & Chinese
4. Above 5 years experience of linear actuation product design
