岗位职责: Job Responsibilities 1. 订单处理 - 负责客户订单的接收、审核、录入及跟踪,确保信息准确性和及时性。 - 协调销售、物流、财务等部门,推动订单全流程执行(从确认到交付)。 - 处理订单异常(如延迟、变更、取消),及时与客户沟通并解决问题。 Order Processing - Receive, review, and input customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to drive end-to-end order fulfillment. - Resolve order exceptions (e.g., delays, changes, cancellations) and communicate with clients.
2. 询价处理 - 及时处理收到的询价,根据市场情况及公司内部定价规则,制定初步的报价文件 Process incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQ) by organizing documentation and preparing initial drafts for review
3. 合同执行 - 审核销售合同条款,确保与公司政策一致,跟踪合同履行进度。 - 管理合同归档及台账更新,监控付款、交货、验收等关键节点。 - 协助处理合同争议或违约情况,协同法务部门提供支持。 Contract Execution: - Verify sales contract terms for compliance, monitor fulfillment progress. - Maintain contract records and track key milestones (payment, delivery, acceptance). - Assist in resolving contract disputes, collaborating with legal team if needed.
4. 数据与报表 - 维护订单和合同数据库,定期生成执行状态报告(如交付率、违约率)。 - 分析订单执行问题,提出流程优化建议。 Data & Reporting: - Update order/contract databases and generate regular performance reports. - Analyze execution issues and propose process improvements.
5. 客户协作 作为客户与内部团队的桥梁,解答订单/合同相关咨询,提升客户满意度。 Customer Coordination - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
任职要求 Qualifications 1. 本科及以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. 3年以上订单管理相关经验,欧美企业工作经验者为佳 Over 3 years working experience in order management, prefer working experience in European/US company.
3. 英语可作为工作语言,大学英语四级及以上。 Workable English level, CET-4 or above.
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件。 Proficiency in MS Office.
5. 具备优秀的沟通能力及客户服务意识。 Strong communication and customer service skills.
6. 独立完成工作的能力,抗压。 Ability to work independently and under pressure.
7. 具备基础法律知识,能解读合同条款。 Basic legal knowledge to interpret contract terms.
