职位概要Job summary:
负责公司质量管理体系维护、改进工作。Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of QMS.
工作内容work content:
1. 负责维护、完善、更新ISO/IATF16949质量管理体系流程和文件
Maintain, improve, upgrade ISO/IATF16949 quality management system procedure;
2. 组织实施内审，包含质量体系内审、过程审核、分层审核；组织协调客户审核与第三方审核；
Implement internal audit, including system internal audit, process audit, LPA.
Organize and coordinate customers audit and the third party audit;
3. 负责审核后的跟踪验证；Follow-up work after audit
4. 质量部月报整合； Quality monthly report integration
5. 监督相关部门KPI数据的分析和改进；Supervise KPI analysis and improvement
6. 员工质量管理基础知识、质量意识的培训Quality system knowledge and awareness training of employees
7. 文件管理维护和改进Maintain and improve of document management
8. 协助管理评审工作的开展Assist in management review
9. 上级领导交代的临时事务Temporary works assigned by superior leaders
任职资格Qualification:
教育背景education background:
◆相关专业，大专以上学历。Relevant major, college degree or above.
经 验Experience:
◆ 3年以上生产制造型企业质量管理体系工作经验、1年以上汽车行业质量管理体系经验；
At least 3 years quality management system work experience in manufacture factory, 1 year quality management system work experience of automobile industry;
技能技巧及相关知识skills and ability and related knowledge
◆具备质量管理、IATF16949、VDA6.3及APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA五大质量工具等方面的知识和技能。
Knowledge and skills in quality management, IATF16949, VAD6.3 and 5 quality tools.
◆掌握客户特殊要求Familiar with customer special requirement
◆熟悉公司产品及其生产工艺流程；Familiar with product and production process
◆具有良好的理解能力和分析能力，以及第三方审核的协调能力；Good understanding and analytical ability
◆具有较强的判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力。
Strong judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence, planning and execution ability.
◆熟悉本岗位相关的环保知识。Familiar with environmental knowledge of the position.
◆英文可作为工作语言。English as working language.
