薪资面议可谈 公司所在地:浙江嘉兴,此岗位支持居家办公(居住地点不在嘉兴可长期居家办公,必要时必须前往嘉兴) Main functions主要职责: Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the company business strategies 制定销售计划并完成,支持全公司的业务计划。 Visit customers actively to understand their development status and needs, to strengthen customer relations and to develop more business. 拜访客户,了解客户的需求,强化客户关系,拓宽业务。 Actively explore new customer and new sales opportunities to continuously broaden the business platform 开拓新客户,寻找其他销售机会,拓宽业务范围。 Collect market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business. 积极收集市场信息,熟悉竞争对手和市场发展趋向,发现商机和拓展业务方法。 Take on related customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling, quality claim and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.客户相关的 管理,提高客户满意度,包括销售预测、供应计划,发货,订单处理,质量索赔及货款跟踪。 Coordinate internally with related departments the necessary information and actions to comply with sales objectives. 与内部相关部门协调必要的信息和行动,以达到销售目标。 Support in product development when necessary to get new business opportunities. 必要时支持产品开发以获得新的业务机会。 Other tasks assigned by leader. 完成领导安排的其他工作。
Requirements of the job 岗位要求: At least 5 years of Automotive spare parts or Bearings’ OEM Sales Experience,better to have both. 5年以上汽车零配件OEM/轴承销售经验,兼具更佳。 Talented with customer relations/resources & BD abilities, related to top 5 HD OEMs(CNHTC,FAW,SHACMAN,DF,BAIC FOTON) in China; . 极佳的客户关系/客户资源和业务开发能力,必须具备中国5 大商用车主机厂(重汽、一汽、陕汽、东风、福田)客户合作经验。 Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 良好的计划、团队协作、交流、人际关系和问题处理能力。 Excellent logical thinking ability. 优秀的逻辑思维能力。 Fluent English is a plus. 流利的英语优先。 No limit for based in Jiaxing or homebase,back to JX regularly for reporting with latter option. 常驻嘉兴办公或居家办公皆可,后者需定期回嘉兴公司汇报工作。 Command of the Microsoft Office software. 熟悉OFFICE 办公软件。 Strong sense of customer service, willing to travel. 良好的客户服务意识,适应出差。
