工作职责:
1. Proactively and routinely engaged in sample development with suppliers during NPI stage to generate and manage the confirmation, tracking and delivery of purchase orders to ensure that materials arrive in line with timetable in GANTT.

2. Promote effective communication and collaboration with cross-departmental teams within company and other locations to work on issues in terms of quality, delivery and cost improvement.

3. Continuously reduce the total procurement cost through in-depth cost analysis, value engineering, negotiation skills, new supplier development, etc.

4. Actively seek out, evaluate, screen and certify new suppliers, expand supply channels and optimize the supplier structure. Lead the supplier audits (quality, production, social responsibility, environment, etc.)

5. Regularly conduct supplier performance evaluations (QCDS - Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service/Technology) to drive continuous improvement of suppliers

任职资格:
1. Good in English and experience from working in an international environment
2. +College degree and +8 years ‘experience within purchasing, preferred in mechanical engineering.
3. Result-oriented, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
4. Outstanding leadership, communication and coordination skills, a high degree of integrity and professional ethics
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data management software (SAP preferred)
