Job Responsibility？ 1. Develop the extrusion process for new PUN tube product. 2. Make the tech spec for the extrusion equipment. 3. Develop the new moulding process for plastic injection part. 4. Solve the problem in the production of PUN tube and plastic parts. 5. Work with production colleagues to continue improve the productivity and quality. 6. Support the localization for the plastic parts and tube from technical side. 7. Drive the polymer technology development in GPCJN. ？ Job Requirement？ 1. College or above in plastic engineering or mechanical engineering. 2. At least 5 years of relevant business experience in plastic tube extrusion. 3. Be familiar with plastic tube extrusion process, PUN tube is preferred. 4. Be familiar with the simulation software for the screw design. 5. Have experience in the die -design for tube extrusion. 6. Have knowledge about the polymer material like TPU, PA, POM. 7. Experience with plastic injection is preferred. 8. Good at cooperation and communication in teamwork. 9. English writing and speaking skills. 10. Can work with office software and some simulation software for extrusion process.
