岗位职责：
1. Work out and monitor implementation of the related procedure. 编制和监控相关的程序文件的实施。
2. Dismounting, inspection and analysis of returned failure parts from after-market and 0-KM. 拆解、检验、分析从售后和零公里退回的失效件：
3. Identification of failure root cause, and lead or designate the responsibilities of corrective action definition, Report out critical failures in convincible and professional manner识别失效根原因，主导或分配纠正措施定义的职责，并以令人信服和专业的方式报告重大的产品失效
4. Implement statistics and data analysis of failures as quality record and predictive database对失效进行统计和分析，作为质量记录和预测数据
5. Transfer knowledge of failure parts analysis from corporate to Jinan to build local capability将失效件分析知识由瀚瑞森总部传递到济南工厂，建立本地能力
6. Support Service Function to do field investigation and handle customer claims支持售后服务做现场调查和处理顾客索赔
7. Deal with the customer complaint, organize the root cause analysis, and take the corrective and preventive action. Responsible for on-site service of 0-km complaint. 处理顾客投诉，组织根原因分析和纠正预防措施的制订和实施。负责零公里现场服务
8. Plan process quality control, make out control plan, inspection work instruction or checklist. 策划过程质量控制，编制控制计划、检验指导书或检查表。
9. Make out CMM program for new product. 新产品三坐标编程
10. Schedule and implement product audit. 策划和实施产品审核
11. Participate in advanced quality planning including new production development and engineering changes, such as review flow chart, PFMEA, CP. 参与新产品开发或工程变更中的先期质量策划活动，如评审流程图、PFMEA、CP
12. Deal with the nonconforming product, and organize the nonconforming product analysis, and take the corrective and preventive action. 处理过程不合格品，组织不合格品的分析和纠正预防措施的制订和实施。
13. To make sure the QC Team finish process monitoring with high efficiency and good quality as per schedule on time. 确保过程控制人员按计划及时、有效地实施过程监控。
14. Backup person for process inspector of trailer & truck manufacturing process. 卡车 & 挂车过程检查员备份
15. Other responsibilities assigned by quality manager or supervisor其他质量经理或主管交办事项。
资质要求：
1. Bachelor of Engineering, such major as mechanical, metal materials, welding, and heat treatment. 机械、金属材料、焊接或热处理等工科专业，本科学历
2.Minimum 5 years’ working experience in mechanical manufacturing facility, at least 2 years in customer service, failure parts analysis or testing of physical and chemical properties. 5年以上制造业工厂工作经验，其中至少2年从事与客户服务、失效件分析或理化性能测量测试相关工作。
3. Experience on chassis related parts of commercial vehicles is preferred 有商用车底盘件相关经验者优先
4.Good Knowledge of common failures of metal products and its potential causes, as well as workflow, methodology and tools of failure parts analysis, preferred having experience on rubber products. 熟悉金属件的常见故障及其潜在原因，以及故障部件分析的操作流程、方法和工具，有橡胶件经验的尤佳
5.Basic Process Knowledge in metal products manufacturing process including machining, gas shielded welding and assembly 金属件制造过程的基本工艺知识，包括机加工、气体保护焊接和装配
6.Solid understanding or experience on popular problem-solving tools such as 5Why, C&E and 8D. 对5Why，C&E和8D等常见问题解决工具有较好的理解或经验。
7.Be familiar with IATF16949 requirements, and basic knowledge core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA. 熟悉IATF16949标准，并了解五大核心工具的基本概念。
8.Able to use the inspection tools, gauges (caliper, micrometer, Go-no go gage etc) and test equipment, can operate the testing machine, CMM will be big advantage. 能使用通用量具（卡尺、千分尺、通止规等），会使用测试设备，有三坐标经验***。
