Job responsibility:
1. Be involved in localization of electronics components; Lead quality planning、process validation、 process control of electronics products and dispose customer complaint of electronics products
2. VOC (Voice of Customer)
3. Statistical tolerancing management
4. FMEA/Control plan

Job requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree, major in electronics science and technology, mechatronic engineering, or related major.
2. Good experience in new project development with implementation of quality tools (SPC,FMEA,？ MSA, ,PPAP，APQP)
3. More than 5 years’ experience in consumer electronics, industrial electronics, or automotive electronics. Rich experience and knowledge of PCBA, SMT and hardware/software.
4. Knowledge in embedded hardware and software development/production/quality control/failure analysis is a plus.？？？？？？？？？？？？
5. Skilled in process audit according to VDA6.3/VDA6.5.
6. Skilled in use of Office software
7. Good English in listening, speaking and writing.·？？？？？？？？
8. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit ，willing to share experience？？？？？？？？
9. Professional in ISO9001 and IATF16949.
