Responsibilities:
1. Project Localization:Localization projects: prepare business case study, and feasibility study support;
2. Project Planning: Plan, get approval, execute, update project plan(s), e.g. expense, CAPEX, timing;
3.Project Implementation and Control:
- plan, execute & drive decision in project meeting;
- assess the risk, make proposals for risk mitigation;
- plan & execute communication with different locations and functions, mange internal interfaces, secure project transfer;
- execute project review & escalation;
- consolidate information & maintain project transparency to stakeholders;
4.Project Closure:plan & control(including lessons learnt);
Requirements:
1.Minimum of Bachelor Degree, Engine Engineering preferred
2.Minimum 5 years experience inside automotive industry, at least 3 years experience as project manager;
3.In-depth understanding of product development process, comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods, transfer project;
4.Good sense in sales and marketing
5.Good command of computer skills and English.Work with English language and different cultures; Korean or Japanese language is also preferred.
