工作职责:
3.0 Main Responsibilities
Assist sales in providing product technical support;
Responsible for the design and review of client product TM/BESS;
Assist customers in providing system technical solutions and providing relevant suggestions for the technical application of their new products;
Collect system knowledge related to products from the market and clients, and generate reports;
Lead relevant comparative testing for competitor products and generate reports;
Client technical communication and visits, on-site support for customer product trial assembly;
In accordance with the requirements of IATF16949 process, responsible for new product development and design optimization, as well as routine product design review;
Analyze and evaluate customer needs, identify customer CC&SC, and write design review materials such as DFMEA/checklist;
Proficient in using CATIA to accurately and efficiently complete drawing design, verify BOM, pre review sample drawings, and propose methods to improve drawing accuracy and efficiency;
Participate in product trial production, track trial assembly reports, and complete product optimization;
Verify technical information such as digital analog, technical agreements, drawings, etc. sent to external sources;
Collect and analyze industry standards, testing techniques, and testing standards;
Assist the supervisor in drafting and improving the product database;
Provide daily work training for junior engineers;
Cooperate with the company's needs and undertake other tasks assigned by the company at any time.
Assist in the interpretation of client technical agreements and corresponding customer standards, as well as the identification of corresponding risk items;
Assist in developing DFM, DVP&PVP, etc. for customer products;
Assist in developing and testing new client products;
Assist in developing the initial BOM for new products
Maintain good cooperative relationships with customers and promptly provide feedback on customer needs internally
任职资格:
4.0 Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Needed
Bachelor's degree or above in vehicle engineering or mechanical design or related majors
Familiar with the working principles of new energy vehicle cooling systems
More than 3 years of work experience in research and development in the automotive industry
Master office and other office software, be familiar with CAD, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and other drawing software, and be familiar with IATF16949 related standards
Having a positive and proactive attitude, possessing strong communication skills, plan execution ability, and innovative spirit
Good English expression skills
