Responsible for water treatment & Process Chemicals solution sales in petrochemical industries in Shandong Province. Identify business opportunities; Maintain customer relationship through value-added services. Develop and execute territory sales plan to drive topline growth. Familiar with Value Selling. Integrate sales strategy with regional situation to maximize Veolia's share in marketplace. Work in a matrix environment with product management, commercial operation, engineering and technical support, and some service work. Ensure all opportunities meet VWTS business objectives for profitability and assess the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc. Recommend the appropriate structure for the project to company, including the need for local equity partners, structure of the construction contract, and O&M (operation & maintenance) aspects of the project. Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry/chemical engineering/environment engineering, or related field. Fresh or At least 2 years work experience in water treatment or related industries. Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills. Excellent communication/sales skills. Strong ability to work independently (commercial & technical capacity). Great team player. Good analytical skills - both technical and financial. Good compliance spirit. Fair command of English.
