Job Duties: 61 Responsible for the sales of after-sales service products for regional customers, such as spare parts, maintenance, training, upgrading, etc. 61 Achieve the order amount to reach the target. Maintain profit margins. Collection of overdue payments. 61Understand customer's robot Installed base and application, and provide suitable product solutions. 61 Maintain existing business and customers, establish professional customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits and calls to know their needs, meanwhile work for gaining new business opportunities from existing customers. Let after-sales service become the reason for customers to buy ABB again. 61 Listen to customers, deal with customer complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction. 61 Develop proven record of achieving a collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence of regarding competitive products, customer needs and preference. 61 Has a deep understanding of company sales processes and applies tools in a broad variety of situations to conduct daily work. 61 Perform other relative duties as assigned.
Requirements: 61 Minimum bachelor degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering 61 Minimum 2 years working experience in industrial automation in particular robot related. Familiar with OEM and Tier1 is preferred. 61 Experience as a service seller is preferred. 61 Excellent written and oral communication skills required 61 Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills. 61 Good command of spoken and read English. 61Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team 61With high flexibility and work hard, To adapt to business trip. 61 Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
